Convenient location, friendly staff, and free WiFi.
Parking lot in bad shape, no elevator.

Hotel itself was clean, friendly staff and big nice rooms. Facility exterior needed TLC i.e; landscaping maintenance needed, potholes (big ones) in parking lot, etc. Nice to have the free WiFi.

Comfort Inns are a good value - this motel met my expectations.
Nothing.

Of all the Comfort Inns I have stayed at, this ranked about in the middle but within my expectations

The staff was very friendly & helpful.
The room did not have much walking space.

I liked the convenience of the location, the friendly staff and the full breakfast that was available every morning until 9:30am.

No elevator (that we could find). Only stairs to upper level.

Easy to find, clean, great parking, close to several eating places.

Could hear the people above us too easily.

I loved the pool hot tub and the location to every thing we needed.
The room did not have a microwave.

This hotel is great. It is in the right spot to go to restaurants and close to the many wineries and the red hook brewery. The pool and hot tub area is great.
